Jewelweed is best know for its skin healing properties. The leaves and the juice from the stem of Jewelweed are used by herbalists as a treatment for poison ivy, oak, stinging nettle and other plant induced rashes, as well as many other types of dermatitis. In addition, this odorless oil is infused into our natural Soy Candles to help eliminate: pet dander, pollen, mold, and other house hold allergens as the candle burns. Herbal Art's "new" "Soy Lite" candles features a natural wick made from organic wood and combines the soothing sound of a crackling fire with premium fragrances for the ultimate candle-burning experience!
One thing to remember when burning your wood wick candle is that you should let them burn for a long period of time. Light candle where the soy wax and the wood wick (base) meet. You should burn your candles for at least an hour at a time. By doing this, you are preventing a whole burning straight down the center of the candle. This will also allow for the wax to melt evenly over the top of your candle.
• Faster Fragrance: Creates a fully melted pool of highly scented wax up to 5x faster than ordinary cotton wick candle to quickly fill your room with genuine fragrance.

Did you know that soy candles have a memory?
This is very important to know. When you light a soy candle for the first time it remembers how far across the surface it melted. For best results and longest enjoyment of your soy candle let your candle surface completely liquefy before extinguishing it. This will result in a longer lasting soy candle without the occurrence of tunneling down the center. Remember, keep your wicks trimmed to 1/4 inch.
