Return Policy:
“Due to the nature of the personal body care business, it is not possible for us to offer refunds or exchanges.”
Please contact immediately if there are any problems (etc.) with your order.
Note: Do Not return anything to us without contacting us first.
Things do happen, whether it’s human error in filling the order or damage in shipment, whatever the case, please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
You should immediately report any losses, shortages or damages to the delivery person.
Save damaged goods, cartons, and packaging materials until the claim is settled, or is otherwise instructed. Most of the time, we will require a picture of the damaged items (make sure the pictures are clear) to be e-mailed to us before any refunds or replacements are issued. Please contact us for instructions. Note: Claims must be made within (3) days of received shipment.
Bulk Ordering Guidelines:
Our minimum order is $100.00. All “Bulk” orders are required to pay a 25% deposit against the total balance (minus shipping/delivery/or tax). All orders must be paid for (in full) at the time of pick-up or delivery. Due to world market costs, prices and styles are subject to change. Some of our (Herbal Art’s) retail products might be sold under the (bulk) SRP.
Loyalty Discounts:
All retail product discounts may receive 3% off (promotion code here). Due to drastically reduced prices, all “bulk” orders over $500 will receive an additional 5% discount.
Special Promotions:
From time to time, we run special promotions on select products for limited periods of time. This could be based on various reasons. Special promotions are also gift cards. Gift cards and special promotions cannot be turned-in for cash. No left-over balances can be redeemed for cash.
Payment Methods:
- All orders must be paid in advance of shipping. In the case of “delivery” and in-store “pick-up”, credit card payment must be pre-scheduled by e-invoice. Checks and cash are welcome for balance payments
- We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Certified Check and Money Order. No C.O.D. We do not offer “Net Terms.”
Bulk & Retail Order Cancellations:
Bulk Order Cancellations:
All of our handcrafted naturals are handmade to order. Once an order has been placed, you have a (48) hour time period to cancel your order, without penalty. In these cases, your (25%) deposit will be refunded.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to: herbalart@comcast.net (in writing/NO verbal cancellations). After the (2) day period, you still may cancel your order, but you waive the right to reclaim your (25%) deposit (non-refundable).
All orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery. Orders that are not paid at the time of delivery will be charged a $25.00 late fee for every (3) days late (non-refundable) and will not be released.
Since we do handcraft all of our naturals, this policy helps to keep pricing down and eliminates waste.
Retail Order Cancellations:
All of our handcrafted naturals are handmade to order. Once an order has been placed, you have a (24) hour time period to cancel your order, without penalty. After the (24) time period (starting from the date & time of purchase) no refunds or credits will be issued.
Since we do handcraft all of our naturals, this policy helps to keep pricing down and eliminates waste.
Our product disclaimer:
Herbal Art assumes no liability for misuse or abuse of any of its products. External use only. Our products are not designed to “cure” any “illness or ailments,” rather only to “assist” and/or “relieve” problematic symptoms.
Policy Change(s):
We reserve the right to change any of our policies at anytime without prior notice.
Herbal Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for any reason. In such an occurance, (ALL) monies will be fully refunded to the buyer, and product will be handled according to local laws and Herbal Art policy.
Shipping Rates Info
Shipping/Delivery/In-Store Pick-Up:
Our default shipping agent is USPS (for both: Retail and Bulk purchases)
In all cases we pass on our heavily discounted rates to you. We do not operate our shipping department as a profit center. Please note that your shipping cost is calculated online using an integrated USPS shipping calculator. We ship by flat rate pricing. We reserve the right to change or adjust the shipping charges. If this occurs you will be contacted for approval before your order is processed.
Alternative shipping methods are available upon request, however we take no responsibility for shipping that is arranged by our customers. This includes the following:
- Customers using their own shipping account.
- Customers using their own courier.
- Customers arranging for a third party to facilitate shipping.
Retail Shipping:
We ship by flat rate pricing (in-store & on-line). Standard USPS rates apply. All retail orders over $100.00 will receive FREE shipping (at the most economical method: USPS). We also offer FREE “in-store” “pick up” at our Fishers Indiana retail location during normal business hours for products ordered on-line. We do limited (retail) delivery. Please ask for details.

Bulk Shipping:
We ship by flat rate pricing. We will ship all “Bulk” products over $500.00 for FREE (at the most economical method: USPS). We also offer FREE “Bulk” “pick-up” at our Fishers Indiana retail location during normal business hours for products ordered online. We will deliver for FREE within our local delivery area. Please ask for local delivery areas. If you are outside our local delivery area, or your product total is under $500.00, please ask for shipping/delivery rates.

Herbal Art takes no responsibility for any loss, damages, or delay (in shipping route) that may occur. Similarly, we must be notified should additional insurance be required. Without notification we ship products without insurance. Should a customer decide to handle their own shipping arrangements we require that a WAIVER be signed. This ensures that we aren’t held accountable for any shipping issues outside of our control.
