Please include your name, company name (if purchasing “bulk”), phone number, e-mail, and sample selection (don’t forget the fragrance, if any).
Because we do not charge for samples, we do limit samples to (3) samples per product type, per order.
Samples will be shipped via USPS, by standard ground.
After placing your sample order, an Herbal Art representative will contact you within a (24) period by e-mail.
